Multi-Site Business Leader

We are looking for a Multi-Site Business Leader in our Wellington who has a talent for developing people, driving performance, and creating energy across multiple venues. You bring enthusiasm, strong leadership presence, and know how to build high-performing teams that deliver results.
You’ll be an experienced leader with a proven track record of leading similar large volume, multi-faceted environments or complex operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example, and know how to create exceptional and consistent guest experiences while delivering strong commercial outcomes. You’re confident balancing people, operations, and financial performance, and you’re no stranger to analysing a P&L and turning insights into action.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 2 years General Manager experience in high volume venues.
passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
The ability to inspire and lead a dynamic team.
A keen eye for detail and a head for numbers

You’re more than a venue operator - you’re a people leader, mentor, and business driver. You know how to empower your team while keeping a strong pulse on performance across multiple sites. You bring energy, accountability, and a hands-on approach, with the ability to shift between strategic thinking and operational execution when needed. You love seeing teams succeed and understand what it takes to create sustainable growth across a portfolio of venues.
You’re commercially minded, understand the importance of strong systems and controls, and know that success comes from balancing people, customers, and financial performance.
