As we continue to grow nationally, we’re on the hunt to fill 3 Business Leader vacancies in our Wellington network, ones who feel they are ready to make their mark on the Wellington hospitality scene. You have a minimum of two years’ experience in a senior management position, and as a result, you’re no stranger to working a in a busy hospitality environment with flexible hours across a 7 day roster including late nights, weekends, and where providing exceptional, consistent service for our customers is just what you do. Your day-to-day tasks will see you leading from the front, setting the tone for service and culture while ensuring the venue operates smoothly and profitably. You’ll manage overseeing rosters, payroll, and on-shift initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Working closely with your Head Chef, you’ll ensure menu compliance, costings, and strong product knowledge across the team. You’ll actively manage Health & Safety by reinforcing safe work behaviours, ensuring all hazards and incidents are reported correctly, and meeting compliance obligations including host responsibility and licensing. With a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 with a minimum of 45 hours of work each week, this is an amazing opportunity to grow your skills and build experience with our amazing brand.
To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in a senior management position, delegating tasks, coaching and training BOH & FOH staff to meet common goals, and ensuring high standards of food quality, service and safety in a busy restaurant setting.
