About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager who thrives in high-volume, multi-faceted environments. From restaurant service to events and late-night trade, you’ll be confident leading across all areas of the business.
You’ll bring strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive both people performance and financial results. You know how to build a high-performing team, deliver consistent service, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in a high-volume venue
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large, diverse teams
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage, and events
Solid financial acumen, including experience managing P&L
A hands-on leadership style and the ability to thrive under pressure
About You
You’re a natural leader who knows how to create energy on the floor and accountability behind the scenes. You’re confident, solutions-focused, and bring a calm, organised approach to busy service periods.
You care about your team, your customers, and the overall experience, and you’re always looking for ways to improve and elevate the venue.
