Are you looking for the next step up in your hospitality career and after more responsibility? Shed 22 is seeking their next Assistant Business Leader; a natural born leader who has a knack for mentorship and driving the people around you. You will ideally have a current Manager’s License with 3+ years’ experience in a management position within the hospitality industry and can look after a range of key business functions such as customer relationship management, rostering the team, training of new team members and supporting the Business Leader with administrative responsibilities (among other tasks). You fit into the team like a glove and are a key leader of the team, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our people.
Knack for making friends and being energetic every day. As the key contact with our customers, you’ll be tasked with creating memorable experiences through your top-notch service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing up afterward and maybe after some training a shift or two working the bar. No two customers (or days) are the same, so you thrive on variety and you’re a great people person who knows how to multi-task and work under pressure. In return, we’re committed to investing in you whether you need this gig for a good time or a long time. Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
