Join our hospitality group at one of our Wellington-based venues, located in the heart of New Zealand’s most exciting food and beverage scene. Our Wellington venues are known for their strong local following, fast-paced service, and vibrant atmosphere. We’re looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section within the kitchen at one of our Wellington venues. You’ll be responsible for running your section during service, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. You’ll work closely with senior chefs, contribute to prep and service, and help uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
You’ll bring proven experience in a similar role, an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery (or equivalent experience), and a strong work ethic with a team-first attitude. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and progress your career within a supportive, multi-venue hospitality group in Wellington.
