We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen at one of our Wellington venues. You’ll help lead service, support menu execution, assist with cost control and stock management, and contribute to training and developing the kitchen team. You’ll be a hands-on leader who leads by example, maintains high standards, and helps create a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
You’ll bring solid kitchen experience in a similar role, an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery (or equivalent experience), and the ability to step up and take charge when required. This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills and build your career within a supportive, multi-venue hospitality group in Wellington.
