Our Wellington venues are known for their strong local following, energetic atmosphere, and consistent trade from city professionals and weekend crowds. As a group, we pride ourselves on quality food, great service, and creating places people genuinely love to visit and work in.
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of our Wellington venues. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all kitchen operations, including menu development, cost control, rostering, training, and maintaining exceptional standards across food quality, hygiene, and safety. You’ll be a hands-on leader who inspires their team, builds a positive kitchen culture, and delivers consistently high-quality dishes.
You’ll bring at least two years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery, and proven leadership experience managing people, budgets, and kitchen operations. This is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a growing hospitality group and make a real impact across our Wellington portfolio.
