We’re looking for an Assistant Business Leader (Assistant Manager) who’s hungry for growth and ready to move into a true leadership pathway. This role isn’t just about running a shift — it’s about learning how to manage a business, develop a team, and shape the guest experience. You’ll work closely with our Business Leader and senior team, gaining real skills that prepare you for Venue Manager level and beyond.
What you’ll grow into:
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
- Taking ownership of customer experience and service standards
- Rostering and labour management
- Training and onboarding new staff
- Supporting core business functions and admin
- Running shifts with confidence, energy and calm under pressure

What we’re looking for:
- Duty Manager experience preferred (but strong leadership matters more)
- Someone proactive, switched on, and eager to learn
- A natural communicator who uplifts the team
- Someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
