About the Role:
This isn’t just about managing the day-to-day , it’s about creating an atmosphere people want to come back to. You’ll lead from the front, guide a passionate team, and deliver smooth service with a smile (and probably a coffee or spritz in hand). You’ll own the vibe, drive financial performance, and make sure every guest leaves with plans to return.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a General Manager or senior hospo leader in a high-volume setting
- A natural ability to motivate, inspire, and energise your team
- Strong financial acumen – you’re across your P&Ls, wage costs, and targets
- Passion for exceptional food, drinks, and service – and know how to deliver it
- Great banter, calm under pressure, and always ready to roll your sleeves up
